Welcome to Memorial-Spaulding PTO Member Registration!

We want to make sure that information flows easily back and forth between you and the PTO throughout the year. To make sure we are well connected, the registration process gathers all of the information needed by the PTO to effectively communicate with you. These communications include:

  • The school directory published at the start of the school year, which is an especially important resource you can use for contacting other families in the school community, as well as the school administration, teachers and staff.
  • Our regular emailed newsletter and notices packed full of vital information (see Newsletters and Notices).

The information collected in the registration process includes:

  • Parent/guardian names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses
  • Student names, grades and email addresses

Parent/guardian email addresses are very important, as without them you will not receive the emailed newsletters or notices. Once you have registered, you may update your information online at anytime, so you can keep your information current. Your information will be accessible online only by you and PTO personnel involved in creating and maintaining the directory.
